Jessica Overlander

Jessica Overlander is a Senior Vice President at H/2 Capital Partners, where she is responsible for capital markets and reporting, including the preparation of key external communications.  Jessica volunteers her time with H/3 Foundation in support of grant requests and media-related initiatives, bringing a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to advancing the Foundation’s mission and helping amplify its impact across a range of animal welfare projects.

Ms. Overlander’s career includes over 16 years of experience in alternative asset management.  Prior to joining H/2, she was an analyst on the CRE Capital Markets & Finance Team at Wells Fargo.  Prior to Wells Fargo, Ms. Overlander worked at Kellogg Capital Markets.  Ms. Overlander holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Williams College.

Jessica lives in Darien, Connecticut with her family and Mishka (“Mish”), a 16-year-old rescue tabby cat who firmly believes he is a dog, patrols the house with unwavering authority, and has successfully trained the entire family to operate on his terms.
