Aaron Warum

Aaron Warum is a Managing Director at H/2 Capital Partners, where he is responsible for H/2’s accounting and investor reporting, including the preparation of the Funds’ financial statements.  Aaron volunteers his accounting expertise to H/3 Foundation, where he oversees the Foundation’s books and records and manages grant administration and reporting.

Mr. Warum’s career spans over 24 years in alternative asset management.  Prior to joining H/2 19 years ago, Mr. Warum was a controller responsible for the accounting and operations at TQA Investors, LLC, a multi-strategy hedge fund based in Stamford, CT.  Prior to TQA, Mr. Warum was a Senior Auditor for Edward Isaacs & Company.  Mr. Warum holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Touro College in New York.

Aaron lives in New City, New York with his family, including Cooper, a nine-year old goldendoodle who firmly believes he’s a cat, rendering Aaron’s attempts at playing catch entirely futile.
